Casa Ogumo
Kyoto is an ancient city in Japan with a history of thousands of years. It is also the place that successfully preserves the conventional Japanese-styled cultures, such as architecture, clothing, diets, customs, festivals, etc. Every year before the pandemic, it attracts tens of millions of visitors worldwide and is one of the famous tourist spots in Japan.
Somewhere in Kyoto City lays a century-old wooden house, that was nearly decapitated; however, thanks to Ing-ping Fang, a Taiwanese architectural designer who lives in Japan, brought the house back to life and turned it into a guesthouse. She preserved the conventional Japanese architectural style and adopted JUSTIME’s Story Series faucets. The purpose is for the travelers to feel the history of not only this house but also the history of Kyoto City.
